987 BBQ competes with S’pore F1

All eyes may have been on  the Singapore F1 race last weekend, but that didn’t stop hundreds of 987FM fans turning up for the station’s BBQ Beach Bonanza.

Close to 500 listeners join the station’s crew last Saturday at Sentosa – a popular island resort in Singapore.

They got a chance to be up close and personal with DJs Justin Ang, Vernon A, Sonia Chew, Joakim Gomez, Kimberly Wang, and Gerald Koh.

The three hour event was held from 4 pm to 7 pm and offered free ice-cream, drinks and freshly grilled barbeque.

There were also a number of interactive games and many prizes were given away to the winners.
