Song naming contest set for ERA FM

Malaysia’s ERA FM in Sarawak is starting a unique contest to inspire the Sarawak Football team in 2014.

As a part of ‘ERA Ngap Sayot’, the station will air a song produced by famous hip hop DJ Fuzz and ask listeners to come up with a title for it.

The most creative title and accompanying 25-word slogan will stand a chance to win $455 (RM1500).

The contest, initially slated to debut on March 24 will now begin on Monday, March 31, out of respect for the crashed Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.

ERA fm Sarawak is also giving frequent updates and a chance to win passes to the Malaysia Super League for the home game.

Operation Manager, Astro Radio Sarawak, Dhan Andreas said: “DJ Fuzz has incorporated a great hip hop tune that will definitely captivate the listeners and fans. We hope that the Sarawak Football team will love the song.”
