Real life heroes share their story on MY FM

MY FM, India, has come up with a new show called ‘Jiyo Dil Se Heroes’ (Follow Your Heart), which will feature well-known personalities from various walks of life who have made it big by following their heart.

The two-hour programme will feature one celebrity every month across all 17 stations of the network.

Its first episode, broadcast on Tuesday Feb 14, featured famous English author Chetan Bhagat, who spoke about his journey from being an investment banker in Hong Kong to a bestselling full-time writer in India.

Other names that will appear in future episodes include famous kathak dancer Pandit Birju Maharaj and famous billiard player Geet Sethi.

Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Harrish M Bhatia, CEO, 94.3 MY FM, said: “The celebrities will talk about their struggles and successes and inspire our listeners to live life with optimism and zeal.”

Viplove Gupte, National Programming Head, 94.3 MY FM added: “This is not a life-story show, this is the story of moments and emotions that make these people a Hero.”
