RAM Week 13: Big FM displaces City to take top spot in Mumbai

According to the latest RAM data for subscribers in the four Indian metros for Week 13 from March 22 to 28, Big FM reclaimed the closely-contested top spot from Radio City in Mumbai.

It climbed 0.7 percent from last week, when it was number two, to show 18.7 percent market share in the latest week.

Radio City, which was at the top last week, also gained 0.2 percent to show 18.6 percent share but came second.

It was followed by Radio Mirchi, which maintained its third position with 13.2 percent share and Fever was not far behind with 13 percent share at the fourth spot.

Red FM was fifth with 11.3 percent, Oye! FM was sixth with 3.5 percent and Radio One was last with 3.3 percent share.

In Delhi, Fever enjoyed its unchallenged run at the top with 18.4 percent share, followed by Radio Mirchi with 13.8 percent.

Radio City, which was tied at the second place with Mirchi in the previous week, slipped to the fourth spot this week with 11.7 percent share, while Big FM was third with 12.4 percent.

In Bangalore, Radio City maintained its top spot with a share of 21.7 percent, followed by Big FM with 20.7 percent.

Radio Mirchi was third with 17.6 percent and Fever was fourth with 11.9 percent share.

In Kolkata, Radio Mirchi remained the clear leader with 19.7 percent share, followed by Big FM with 15.2 percent.

Oye! FM was third with 10.6 percent and local station Aamar FM was fourth with 10.1 percent share.
