Radio City among India’s ‘Great Places to Work’

For the fifth year in a row, India’s 20-station network Radio City 91.1 FM, has been voted among Top 25 ‘Great Places to Work’ in a study that covered 600 organisations in the country.

One of the largest studies of workplace culture in the world, the annual survey ranked Radio City first in the Media and Entertainment segment for the second year running.

The company also improved its overall ranking to 18 amongst India’s Best Company to Work For.

In addition, it was also ranked India’s Best Company for Fairness in Performance Management Systems,  second Best Company for Hiring & Welcoming and third Best Company for Employee Participation and Involvement.

Talking about the achievement, Ms. Apurva Purohit, CEO, Radio City 91.1 FM said: “We strongly believe in creating an atmosphere conducive to individual development and learning.
