Radio City voted best company to work for

For the fourth year in a row, India’s 20-station network Radio City 91.1 FM, has been voted among Top 25 ‘Great Places to Work’ in a study that covered 600 organisations in the country.

One of the largest studies of workplace culture in the world, the annual survey ranked Radio City first in the Media and Entertainment segment.

It was also second for ‘Engaging Frontline Staff’, third for ‘Rewards & Recognition’  and ‘Fairness in Performance Management System’.

Talking about the achievement, Ms. Apurva Purohit, CEO, Radio City 91.1 FM said: “We strongly believe in creating an atmosphere conducive to individual development and learning. We believe that recognising the achievement of our employees not only builds a positive environment but also encourages them to come up with innovative ideas.”
