Malaysia’s celebrated the World Radio Day last Friday with the country’s top local artists taking over the airwaves from its brand new studio in Puchong.

Artists like Altimet, Liyana Fizi, Diandra Arjunaidi, Aizat Amdan, Noh Salleh, Joe Flizzow and Sona One were among the special artists who were entertaining the listeners on the day.

All the artists also helped fill up the studio’s feature wall, which is made of upcycled old cassettes donated by the public through #projekkaset – a green initiative in partnership with Malaysia’s renowned rapper, Joe Flizzow.

Rudy Malik, Chief Operating Officer of iM4U said: “As radio is the most accessible communication medium, iM4Ufmhopes to continue to become a platform in disseminating positive messages and to also develop creativity amongst the youth community.”

“With the new and fully-equipped studio, we hope to continue our support towards local talents and assist them in developing fresh ideas strategically here with us,” said Kartini Kamalul Ariffin, Director of iM4U FM.
