India’s 45-station 92.7 BIG FM network is ‘the Official FM Radio partner in India’ for the ICC World Twenty20 2014 cricket tournament, which will take place from March 16 to April 6 in Bangladesh.

The network unveiled the prestigious trophy at its studio in Bangalore at the hands of actress Ragini Dwivedi and famous cricket commentator Chandramouli Kanavi.

The trophy was next displayed in Mumbai on March 8.

As radio partner, 92.7 BIG FM will offer listeners special coverage, expert opinions and match review and preview segments during the course of the tournament.

Film celebrities will also be invited to talk about the day’s match and their love for the sport.

In addition, the radio station also presents updates on team composition, key players, match trivia and score updates.

Listeners can also participate in an on air contest, testing their knowledge on the matches between two teams, and win an opportunity to watch the India-Pakistan match live in Bangladesh.
