Y.E.S. 93.3FM Pick of the Pops winner revealed

Singapore’s Y.E.S. 93.3FM has announced Mandopop star Stefanie Sun as this year’s winner of ‘Y.E.S. 93.3FM Pick of the Pops Most Popular Hit’ at Singapore Hit Awards 2014.

Sun sang a song called ‘Angel’s footprints’, which featured heavily on ‘Y.E.S. 93.3FM Pick of the Pops’ – a weekly chart show that’s been on air for the last 30 years.

The song with the highest number of points in the countdown is chosen the ‘Most Popular Hit’ every year.

Sun’s song was on the charts for 17 weeks and topped the list for 6 weeks, gaining the highest number of votes among 148 songs.

Singapore Hit Awards 2014 will be hosted by Y.E.S. 93.3FM DJs Xiao Jiahui & Zhong Kunhua from ‘Morning Fanatics’ and Lin Peifen & Xie Jiafa from ‘Best Drive Home’.

It will be held on November 7 at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre.
