Malaysia’s Suria FM is back with the second edition of Zon Ceria – an on-ground event to meet listeners over local signature food.

Last Saturday, announcers Adibah Noor, Halim Othman and DJ Lin met listeners in Kota Bahru, Kelantan and lunched on Nasi Ulam, a signature east coast local dish.

It is a combination of rice mixed with various herbs and vegetables, accompanied with side dishes.

“We both are thrilled to have the chance to sit down and enjoy nasi ulam, locally made, with our listeners. It is a rare opportunity for us to get to meet them this close,” said Adibah Noor and Halim Othman, who host Ceria Pagi, weekdays 5 to 10am.

DJ Lin, who hosts Suria Cinta thanked the listeners for a warm welcome.

Last year, when Zon Ceria was held for the first time, it brought together more than 4,000 listeners in different states.
