Stefanie Sun stars in MediaCorp radio drama

MediaCorp’s three Chinese radio stations, Y.E.S. 93.3 FM, Love 97.2 FM and Capital 95.8 FM, have each launched radio dramas produced in-house.

On April 7, Y.E.S. 93.3 FM premiered “My Love From Singapore” a 20-episode story of love between two strangers who meet in Seoul, Korea for the first time.

The series, written by DJ Lim Pei Fen, has DJs Xiao Jia Hui, Chen Ning and Jeff Goh in main leads and guest-stars internationally acclaimed singer Stefanie Sun.

“Meet Miss Suave”, which starts on Love 97.2 FM next Monday, is a romantic encounter between a male teacher and a happy-go-lucky blue-collared female worker.

Scripted by DJ Dennis Chew, this 10-episode radio drama will also star Senior Programme Director Foong Wai See and DJs Chen Bi Yu, Cai Li Lian and Hong Sheng An.

Capital 95.8 FM’s newest radio drama, “The More We Get Together”, is a 40-episode production about a group of schoolmates as they meet and share stories about their live, produced by DJ Qiu Sheng Yang.
