Stations go live from Malay-Indo music awards

Honours were given out for performers in Malay and Indonesian languages at a concert and awards ceremony in Singapore on Saturday.

Anugerah Planet Muzik 2013 saw 18 categories up for grabs by renowned Malaysian, Singaporean, Indonesian and Bruneian artists.

SleeQ (Singapore), Hafiz (Malaysia) and Cakra Khan (Indonesia picked up three awards respectively, while the Anugerah Music Special Award went to legendary music icons, Black Dog Bone (Singap0re), for their 4 decades of contribution and influence in the music scene.

The night was co-organised by MediaCorp radio stations Warna 94.3FM and Ria 89.7FM along with TV channel Suria.

The broadcaster, along with Malaysia’s Astro Ria and Indonesia’s Net Media, aired the awards live.
