India’s 93.5 RED FM has just roped in one of the country’s wittiest stand-up comedians, Kapil Sharma, to host an event in Delhi under its property RED LiVE, a series of live concerts and shows.

The show, ‘Paisa Vasool Entertainment with Kapil Sharma and RJ Raunac’, is scheduled to be held at the Indira Gandhi Stadium on Saturday, July 5.

Kapil, who is famous for his TV programmes ‘Comedy Circus Ke Superstar’, ‘Comedy Circus Ka Naya Daur’ and ‘Kahani Comedy Ki’, was ranked 96 in the top 100 celebrities of 2013 by Forbes India magazine.

He is currently hosting ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’ on a mainstream entertainment TV channel.

RED FM Delhi’s RJ, Raunac, well known for his on-air pranks, will also join Kapil at the event.

Commenting on the very first Red LiVE comedy gig, Nisha Narayanan, COO, RED FM, said: “Kapil Sharma is the biggest comedian in the country and being a north Indian himself, he has an instant connect with the audiences in Delhi and North.”
