Red FM hosts TV soap stars

India’s 50-station network 93.5 RED FM recently hosted the cast of popular television serial, ‘Bani – Ishq da Kalma’ (Bani – a principle of love) at its Mumbai studios.

The show, which has been running for more than a year, focuses on the desertion of brides by grooms who live abroad – an issue that is prevalent in several regions.

It tells the story of Bani – a young, spirited Punjabi girl who dreams of a wedding to a so-called Non-Resident Indian (NRI) and a happy life thereafter.

Actors Adhvik Mahajan, Shefali Sharma, Neha Bagga and Gaurav Chaudhury featured on the mid-morning show ‘Gyaarah se Doh, Bhabhi Ka Show’, hosted by RJ Pritam Pyare

The station also ran an on air contest offering fans a chance to meet their favourite stars.

The winners were thrilled to be invited to the station’s studio along with the actors.
