RAM Week 16: Not much change

According to the latest RAM data for subscribers in the four Indian metros for Week 16 from April 12 to 18, Radio City continues to lead in Mumbai and Bangalore.

In Mumbai, the station leads with a market share of 18.5 percent, followed by Big FM with 17.8 percent.

Fever 104 FM, which was at number three with 13.9 percent share, had the highest Time Spent Listening (TSL) of 6.44.

Radio Mirchi slipped to fourth position from the previous week’s third with 12.9 percent share while Red Fm was fifth with 10.4 percent.

In Delhi, Fever remained a distant leader with a share of 19.1 percent and the highest TSL of 5.06.

It was followed by Radio Mirchi with 14.1 percent while Big FM gained 0.3 percent share from the previous week to climb one spot and took the third position with 12.6 percent

Radio City lost 0.4 percent share and one spot to take the fourth position with 11.8 percent share.

In Kolkata, Mirchi remained in the lead with  20.1 percent share, followed by Big FM with 16 percent and the highest TSL of 4.58.

Oye! FM was third with 11.9 percent share and Fever was fourth with 10 percent, followed closely by local player Aamar FM with 9.8 percent and Radio One with 9.4 percent share.

Not much changed in Bangalore where the stations maintained their positions.

Radio City led with 21.4 percent share and the highest TSL of 9.11, followed by Big FM with 20.5 percent and Radio Mirchi with 17.8 percent.
