Singapore’s Love 97.2FM celebrated its 20th anniversary with a two-day DJ concert over the weekend.

The MediaCorp station started broadcast on September 23, 1994.

Love 92.7FM describes itself as a lifestyle music station that plays mid-90s to current classic contemporary hits.

More than 800 listeners joined the celebrations during each session of the concert held at Singapore Conference Hall, featuring various DJs and artists.

Love 97.2 FM’ DJ Dennis Chew was among the performers and sang for the audience.

Chew, who hosts a late-night fright show on the station said: “I’m very happy to be involved in this concert and to celebrate Love 97.2FM’s 20th birthday with so many listeners.  We hope they enjoyed the concert as much as we do.”
