Link: 15 Tacloban stations went off air during Typhoon Haiyan

Fifteen radio stations in the city of Tacloban were silenced when Typhoon Haiyan struck the Philippines two weeks ago.

VOA reports that a five man volunteer team from NGO First Response Radio went on air within 72 hours.

They plan to stay on air until at least one of the city’s radio stations is back on air.
