India RAM Week 1 2016: Radio City displaces Big FM to lead in Mumbai

 

According to the latest RAM report for the four Indian metros for the week of December 27 to January 2, Radio City displaced Big FM to take the first place in Mumbai.

City, which had s a share of 16.4 percent in the previous week, gained 1.3 percent to take the lead with 17.7 percent market share.

Big FM stayed lost 0.8 percent to take the second spot with 17.5 percent share.

Fever maintained its third position with 15.7 percent share and the highest Time Spent Listening (TSL) of 7.08.

Radio Mirchi stayed fourth with 11.7 percent share and Red FM was fifth with 10.6 percent.

In Kolkata, Radio Mirchi continued to lead with 19.8 percent share while Big FM displaced Fever to take the second place with 14.5 percent share of listeners, gaining 0.2 percent from the previous week.

Fever lost 0.2 percent to take the third spot with 14.3 percent share, but had the highest Time Spent Listening (TSL) of 5.29.

Oye! FM was fourth with 10.8 percent share of listeners and local station Aamar FM was fifth with 9.2 percent share.

In Delhi, Fever stayed at the top with 19.3 percent share of listeners and the highest TSL of 4.49.

Mirchi was second with 14.7 percent share and Big FM slipped to the fourth spot as City climbed to take the third place with 12.5 percent, gaining 1.3 percent from last week.

Big had a share of 11.4 percent and Red FM was fifth with 10.1 percent share.

City continued to lead in Bangalore with 23.7 percent share, up from 22.5 percent in the previous week and the highest TSL of 10.1 while Big followed with 21.4 percent.

Radio Mirchi was third with 16.5 percent and Fever was fourth with 13.8 percent share.
