India’s HT Media Ltd (HTML) owned Fever 104 FM reported a 12 percent year-on-year rise in net revenue for the April-June quarter of 2015.
The four-station network’s revenue grew to to $3.98 million (Rs.239.7 million) in Q1 2015, up from $ 3.56 million (Rs 214.1 million) in Q1 2014.
It rose by 4.5 percent from $3.8 million (Rs 228.8 million) in Q4 2014.
Profit before tax and interest also grew by 24.5 percent, up from $620,000 (Rs 37.5 million) /$610,000 (Rs 36.7 million) to $770,000 (Rs46.3 million) /$760,000 (Rs 45.7 million).
It was lower than Q4 2014, which reported $800,000 (Rs 48.1 million) / $810,000 (Rs 489 million).
The radio business contributed 7.1 percent / 4.38 percent to the group’s total revenue in Q1 2015, compared to 6.16 percent / 3.95 percent in Q1 2014.
