Vietnam’s leading radio network Voice of Vietnam (VOV) has signed up to broadcast commentaries of many Barclays Premier League matches.

A deal was made with talkSPORT, the London-based sports talk radio station, which owns global audio rights to the English premier league.

Under the agreement, VOV will also get to broadcast kick-by-kick action from English FA Cup and Capital One Cup matches for the next three seasons (2013/14 – 2015/16).

The commentaries will be broadcast live from the UK in both Vietnamese and English.

In addition, VOV will air an exclusive weekly Barclays Premier League preview show, produced by talkSPORT in Vietnamese, plus talkSPORT’s English language preview show.

The pair are also working together to develop Vietnamese Barclays Premier League digital content for VOV’s website and mobile apps.

But very soon, listeners all over Vietnam will be able to listen to the highest quality of commentary of selected games live on VOV’s airwaves.”
