Creative Leadership Programme at Radiodays Europe 2017

Radiodays Europe, the annual conference for the European radio industry and a destination for radio people from around the world, has announced its Creative Leadership Programme.

This special four-day programme (two days prior and two days during Radiodays Europe) provides radio executives and managers with exclusive insights and effective tools for fostering a culture of creative innovation.

It was a great success last year in Paris, when it ran for the first time.

The programme, organised in cooperation with the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, empowers executives to lead themselves, their people and their business to a more competitive future.

The first two days of the programme include several highly interactive sessions which will explore the mechanics of ideation, the values of creativity in teams and problem solving exercises.

In the second two days participants will have full access to the entire conference programme and also benefit from exclusive closed-door VIP masterclasses with experienced industry leaders offering insights into their personal strategies for success.

Last year, the VIP masterclasses were hosted by Helen Boaden (BBC, UK), Dennis Clark (iHeartMedia, USA), Susan Marjetti (CBC, Canada), Ali Abhary (Karnaval Group, Turkey) and Mark Barber (Radiocentre, UK).

The trainer for this year’s programmes is Stuart Hardy, a sought-after mentor to the industry’s top executives, whose particular skills lie in his ability to engineer group emotions on a corporate scale.

Registration deadline for the programmes is 15 February, to register please go here

Radiodays Europe, which is in its eighth edition, will be held in Amsterdam from March 19 to 21.

The event has become Europe’s largest radio conference, featuring more than 120 speakers over 50+ sessions.
