Malaysia’s Capital FM is helping its female listeners lighten up their chores with a unique Instagram contest.

Starting this week, the station is offering a variety of giveaways when listeners share a picture on its Instagram timeline @capitalfm889.

While sharing photos of people, places and things that they love, listeners have to #capitalove.

They stand a chance to win a one-month cleaning service, a month’s supply of healthy food delivery or Isetan gift vouchers worth $16.42 (RM1,000).

There will be a new theme each week and the picture with the most number of likes for the week, will take home great prizes.

Announcers will also talk on-air about the photos that catch their attention.
