BIG FM’s Golden Voice back for season two

India’s 92.7 BIG FM is ready with the second season of its on-air singing talent hunt – BIG Golden Voice.

The contest, which was well-received by the audience in its debut season, will run across 44 stations of 92.7 BIG FM.

Audiences across 37 regions will vote for their favorite regional singers, out of which 12 will be shortlisted for a national platform.

The 12 finalists will be brought to Mumbai and assigned a musical mentor before taking part in the grand finale where the winner will get a chance to sing for a bollywood film.

followed by a national vote and the contest will culminate at a Grand Finale, with the winner getting a chance to sing for a bollywood film.

The jury panel will feature local celebrities and a celeb anchor for each region, and the finals will be judged by prominent artists known for their contributions to the music industry.

Speaking of the launch, Ashwin Padmanabhan, National Business Head, 92.7 BIG FM said: “We look forward to unravel local talent across our massive 44 station network while providing an opportunity to advertisers to talk to consumers in an effective way.”

The regional call for entries starts July 10.
