Legendary Indian music composer Khayyam celebrated his 88th birthday with ghazal maestro Talat Aziz on Tuesday at 92.7 BIG FM studios in Mumbai.

Khayyam is well-known for his memorable music from many famous Bollywood hits from the 70’s and early 80’s and has worked with some of the most talented poets.

The station had invited Khayyam as a guest to its show ‘Caravan-E-Ghazal’, which is hosted by famous ghazal singer Talat Aziz and features well-known ghazals, qawwalis, sufi music and the stories behind them.

To be aired on Sunday February 23 at 9 pm on 92.7 BIG FM, this special episode with Khayyam will reveal some of the composer’s never-heard-before stories and anecdotes from the industry.
