RAM Week 28: Tie between Mirchi and Fever in Mumbai, Red and Radio Nasha in Delhi

 

According to the latest RAM report for the four Indian metros for the week of July 3 to 9, Big FM continued to lead in Mumbai with 16.1 percent share of listeners, up by 0.8 percent since previous week while Radio City followed with 14.3 percent.

Fever shared the third spot with Radio Mirchi, with both stations having a listener share of 13.5 percent.

Fever lost 0.3 percent since last week and Mirchi gained 0.6 percent.

Fever also had the highest Time Spent Listening (TSL) of 6.4.

Red FM was fifth with 11.1 percent share of listeners.

In Delhi, Fever continued to lead comfortably with 17 percent share of listeners, despite losing 1.2 percent since last week. It also had the highest TSL of 4.27.

Radio Mirchi gained 0.1 percent to climb to second place.

City slipped to third spot 10.9 percent share, losing 0.7 percent since last week.

HT Media’s recently launched station Radio Nasha and Red Fm shared the fourth place with 10.3 percent share each. Nasha also had the second highest TSL of 4.08.

In Kolkata, Mirchi retained its lead with 20.1 percent share – same as last week, while Big FM continued to be second with 16.8 percent.

Fever was third with 13.8 percent share and the highest TSL of 5.2 while Oye FM continued to be fourth with 11 percent.

In Bangalore, City consolidated its lead with a share of 24.6 percent, up by 0.3 percent since previous week, and the highest TSL of 9.47.

Big FM followed at the second spot with 20 percent and Radio Mirchi was third with 17.3 percent share of listeners.

Fever was fourth with 14.2 percent share.
