Next Radio Limited’s joint venture with BBC worldwide, India ‘s 94.3 Radio One has announced a new property called ‘Youth Stars’ featuring Bollywood heartthrob Hritik Roshan.

The show encourages the young to live their dreams by showcasing the achievements of youth stars in India from various fields.

The show will air in all 7 cities where the network broadcasts – Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Chennai.

Roshan will tell the stories of the young who he considers today’s ‘youth stars’ from diverse fields like cricket, movies, business, start ups, art and entertainment.

He said: “A champion comes out fighting all odds. These kind of every day inspirations are so exhilarating. I hope that people will listen and learn as well.”

The initiative is being promoted on youtube with a new song created and performed by the Radio One in-house band which includes its MD Vineet Singh Hukmani.

“The song visually highlights how the youth stars of today don’t hold back and go for their goals without fear,” added Machado.
