Radio helps broker new India-Pakistan relations

Just as India’s newly elected prime minister  Nadrendra Modi invited his Pakistani counterpart to his swearing in ceremony,  Indian radio network RED FM sent a similar olive branch to a radio station across the border.

Jocks RJ Harshil and Aditi, who host the evening show ‘GJ935’ on Red FM Ahmedabad called up RJ Adeel Azhar at Sama FM in Karachi, Pakistan.

The presenters, who connected on Twitter, had a lighthearted chat where they discussed cricket rivalry between the two nations, in addition to sharing their common interest and likes.
