On Mother’s Day, India’s 20-station network, Radio City 91.1 FM carried out various on-air and on-ground activities across stations to celebrate the spirit of motherhood.

Children in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune & Ahmedabad were offered a chance to showcase their Mother’s talent to the world.

Through its on-ground activity ‘Rockstar Mom’, the station invited the people to share reasons as to why their mother was a rock star mother.

The best ‘Rockstar Mom’ slogan was selected by the Radio City RJs and winners got a chance to be on air and also win a special gift hamper.

A special ‘awards night’ was arranged to make all the mothers feel like a rockstar.

They were felicitated with various titles like ‘World’s Best Mom’, ‘Extraordinary Cook’, and ‘Most Loving Person’ by their children.
