Phuket station revamps line-up, boosts connectivity

Thailand’s 91.5 Phuket FM Radio has introduced a new breakfast and an afternoon host on the air, along with smartphone connectivity to the studio.

Natasha Horrelt, who has worked with stations in Canada and Phuket, is the new morning show host.

She replaces Paul Norris, popularly known as DJ Doris, who died in a motorbike accident in January.

Emily Mae, who hails from Australia and has previously worked with Radio Metro 105.7 FM, is the new afternoon show host.

She can be heard weekday afternoon 12 pm to 4 pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 2 pm.

Also, with growing popularity of apps like LINE and WHATSAPP, the station has added a smartphone to its studio, to help listeners keep in touch with their favourite presenters.

Fans can add the station under @PhuketRadio on these apps.
