Mediacorp Singapore’s Tamil station Oli 96.8FM organized a motivational workshop for students aged 11 and 12 years.

The seminar took place during school holidays from June 23 to 25 at Umar Pulavar Tamil Language Centre.

60 students enrolled with keen interest from their parents who wanted their children to learn key skills and effective studying techniques.

A team of experts along with Oli DJs shared their knowledge and personal experiences on time and stress management to effective revision strategies with the students.

Motivational segments by Oli 96.8FM DJs Vimala, Ravi and Anand  were the highlights of the workshop.

They shared the challenges they faced in school and in their career and how they overcame them.

On the final day of the workshop, parents were invited to attend the ‘Parenting from Within’ session where they learnt what their children were taught through the workshop and how their role is crucial to support them in their studies.
