Indian network 92.7 BIG FM has launched a segment on its breakfast show in Delhi to help listeners interact directly with Members of Parliament (MPs).

Titled ‘BIG Adalat’, the segment will run on the show ‘Dilli Meri Jaan’ from 8 am to 9 am every Wednesday and Thursday.

A total of 11 MPs will join the show and listeners can call-in and speak to them live or send an SMS with their queries.

The MPs will also chat with the host RJ Richa Anirudh on important issues concerning the city along with noted journalists, activists and local authorities.

According to the station, the segment  empowers citizens with the right to question the developments  regarding  infrastructure, water facilities, health management, education, poverty and more.

Speaking of the campaign, Ashwin Padmanabhan, Executive Vice President and National Business Head, Reliance Broadcast Network Limited stated: “With so many issues prevailing in our society, our endeavour is to provide a platform for caring citizens to voice their opinions and concerns directly with the caretakers.”
