Media Prima Radio Networks has teamed-up with the Malaysian media giant’s digital arm to launch a new streaming music platform.

‘Tonton Music’ builds on the successful Tonton video portal which has over 3.5 million registered users and over 1.5 million monthly unique visitors.

By March, more than 700,000 songs will be available including the Hot FM, Fly FM and one FM playlists.

Tonton plans to grow its music database into the millions by the end of the year.

‘Tonton Music’ is the first music portal in the country to offer a free mobile streaming service and claims to be the first fully integrated digital music service in the world.
