Australian radio DJ Mel Greig resigned this week from 2DAY-FM after resolving her dispute with employer Southern Cross Austereo.
In July, she claimed the company had failed to maintain a safe workplace.
He complaint was made following the broadcast of a prank phone call to a London hospital where the Duchess of Cambridge was staying.
Following the call, one of the nurses who answered committed suicide.
On Wednesday, the company said they and Greig had “amicably resolved all aspects of their dispute”.
