IP masterclass at ABU DBS 2020

The 16th annual Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) Digital Broadcasting Symposium (DBS) will feature a masterclass on ‘Implementing All IP Infrastructures – Standards and Case Studies’.

As broadcast technology changes to UHD, 8K, HDR, WCG etc., broadcasters need new infrastructures which should be expandable, upgradable, and cost-effective to deploy.

In short, the novel infrastructures need to be based on Internet Protocol (IP) eventually. Hence converting existing infrastructures to IP or building Full IP infrastructures from start, is one of the hot topics for broadcasting industry.
