Entry submissions to India’s annual Excellence in Radio Awards (ERA) to recognise and reward outstanding content and creativity in the industry in 2017 are now open.

The awards started in 2006 and celebrate the very best of Indian radio, honouring outstanding programming, on-air personalities, marketing & promotions and creativity within the industr

They will be held this year along with the annual one-day India Radio Forum.

This year’s categories include Programming, Talent, Marketing & Promotions and Advertising. The panel of judges will include reputed radio, advertising, television and creative professionals.

Last year, Red FM – along with its sister station Suryan FM, topped the winners list with 23 awards, followed by Radio Mirchi which grabbed 16 metals while Big FM was third with 15 metals.

The last date for submitting entries is March 2.
