HT Media launches Radio Nasha – its second FM station in Delhi

India’s HT Media limited has announced the launch of its second radio station in Delhi –  Radio Nasha 107.2 FM.

The company also runs contemporary Bolllywood station Fever 104 FM in the city.

According to the company, Radio Nasha is a ‘cool retro station’ and will play Bollywood music from the 70s, 80s and 90s.

With two stations playing two different music formats, the strategy is to segment the market into two distinct spaces and offer a set of two audiences to advertisers.

Radio Nasha is the first of the Phase III radio launches from the company, which acquired 10 new licenses in the recent auctions of FM frequencies conducted by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

Fever FM broadcasts in the five metros of Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata.
