International YouTube sensation Chester See helped Malaysia’s hitz.fm celebrate its anniversary on Saturday in front of 12,000 fans.

The Astro-owned station held a free Birthday Invasion concert for listeners at Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus in Subang Jaya.

Top local stars also took to the stage including Estranged, James Baum, They Will Kill Us All, K-Town Clan, Da Vagabonds, Joe Flizzow, Mizz Nina, Pop Shuvit and Project EAR.

hitz.fm jocks Ean, JinnyBoy, RD, Natalie, Arnold, Ryan & Denise also entertained the crowd.

Speaking ahead of the gig – Brian Vinesh, Network Content Manager for Astro Radio said: “This year, we are also proud to partner with the ‘New Ford Fiesta Launch’ for the very first time as the presenting partner for the hitz.fm Birthday Invasion.”

“Through this synergised partnership, I am confident both brands will continue to resonate strongly among the same target audience, creating more fun and colour to the whole hitz.fm Birthday Invasion party,” he added.
