Charlotte Lewis-West from podcast strategy company CLW Media in Singapore gives her observations on podcasting discussions at the conference.

She highlighted the importance of developing a clear strategy, setting objectives, and using data and analytics to measure the success of a podcast. Charlotte also discussed how she helped one of her clients, who was initially nervous about starting a podcast, to develop content that reached their target audience and led to a 75% increase in course sign-ups within three months
