Singapore’s number one station Y. E.S. 93.3 FM is bringing Cruz Teng back on air on its breakfast show after a gap of a year and a half.
The move is a part of a programming revamp at the MediaCorp station starting on August 18.
34-year old Teng will co-host ‘Morning Fanatics’ with DJs Siau Jiahui and Zhong Kunhua , Monday to Friday, 6am to 10am.
He was the youngest person ever to join the station in 1996 and hosted the morning show for more than a decade since 2002.
He was ‘Most Popular Radio Personality’ at the Singapore Radio Awards for four years on a row from 2004 to 2007 and again in 2010.
Last year, he had transitioned to the role of Assistant Programming Director role when DJ-turned-Programme Director Foong Wai See joined Love 97.2 FM.
Speaking on his return, Teng said: “Y.E.S. 93.3FM promises to deliver awesome music and great content. With the shifts in time-belts, we hope to inject refreshing changes and newer elements on the station.”
