CITYPlus 92.5 FM, Kuching city’s first Chines language business station was launched on April 28.

It is Cense Media Sdn Bhd’s third station in Malaysia, which also operates CITYPlus 106fm in Seremban/Southern Klang Valley and Kupikupifm 96.3fm in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

The Mandarin based business and infotainment station aims to provide knowledge-driven, timely and impactful content with focus on economics, technology and issues related to the local business community.

CITYPlus 92.5 FM also aims to position itself among the key influencers in the business community to make Sarawak Digital Economy a reality as the state government takes steps to make a transition in to the digital age.

Its content includes interviews, forums, and seminars featuring speakers and experts from various fields sharing their experiences and knowledge with listeners.

 The station is led by Program Director Isaac Wong, who has an experience of more than 20 years in the radio industry and Programme Manager Jean Lai.

Bryan Liew and Grace Chen will be hosting the Morning Drive ‘City Online’ from 6 am to 9 am, while Simon Tham and Kristine Lee will host the Evening Drive ‘What to do after Work?’

The playlist features high-quality, original, independent music and its App CITYPlus FM – which also contains a Podcast feature, is available on Apple Store and Google Play.
