Bollywood sensation Akshay Kumar has become 93.5 RED FM’s Boss for the day.

The star of more than 125 Hindi films turned up at the station’s Mumbai studios and started ordering around the RJs including Morning No1 host Malishka (pictured).

The stunt was of course to promote his new film BOSS, which was released on Wednesday to go inside with Eid-al-Adha.

RJs spent the day catering to Kumar’s wishes and whims.

The station then played out all the recordings made during his visit on Tuesday.

“We are often considered a station which is dominating and bossing around in a fun way,” said Nisha Narayanan, Chief Operating Officer of 93.5 Red FM.

“With Akshay Kumar taking over as a boss for the day, I am sure the team at Red will have loads to talk about and deliver content for listeners which will be truly entertaining,” she said ahead of his visit.
