Big FM launches live storytelling tour in north Indian state

 

 

Indian network 92.7 Big FM has launched a live storytelling tour called ‘U.P. Ka Safar with Neelesh Misra’ for its listeners in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh (U.P.).

U.P. is the most populous state in the country and the show will cover 10 of its cities.

It will be presented by Neelesh Misra, who is popular for his late night show ‘Yaadon Ka Idiot Box’ and ‘U.P. Ki Kahaniyan’.

As a part of the tour, Misra, along with his musical band will host on-ground events and live concerts  in March and April.

Cities that will be covered include Noida, Agra, Aligarh, Allahabad, Kanpur, Bareilly, Jhansi, Gorakhpur, Varanasi and Lucknow.

Speaking about his association, Neelesh Mishra said: “My love for storytelling and U.P. has come together in this unique initiative. I am excited to meet my listeners, engage with them and entertain them on a platform which has the backdrop of our state Uttar Pradesh and storytelling.”

Commenting on the launch of the show, a spokesperson from the network said: “Big FM has U.P.’s largest network of FM stations and has been entertaining audiences through its differentiated bouquet of shows.  Through this platform, we look forward to provide a unique experience to the people of U.P.”
