Big FM finds its ‘Golden Voice’

 

Indian network 92.7 Big FM has announced the winner of the fourth season of it singing reality show ‘Big Golden Voice’.

23-year-old Rupali Moghe, a trained classical music singer from Mumbai, was declared the winner among the five finalists who performed live at the grand finale of the contest recently.

She will also get an opportunity to sing for Bollywood musician Amaal Malik‘s upcoming composition.

The event also honoured the contribution of some notable artists from the music fraternity under different categories.

Suresh Wadkar, popular Indian classical singer who has immensely contributed to the Hindi and Marathifilm industry was felicitated with ‘Everlasting Golden Voice’

Ila Arun, who is known for bringing folk sensibilities into Bollywood songs was awarded the title of ‘Everlasting Folk Voice of India’.

Popular musical duo, Sunali Rathod and Roop Kumar Rathod were crowned the ‘Everlasting Music Jodi’ and Shirley Setia received the ‘Big Digital Sensation’ award.

On winning the title, Rupali Moghe said: “It was a great experience to be trained and perform with so many wonderful voices. I am really excited to tread on the fantastic journey that lies ahead”.
