ACMA royal prank ruling could prejudice AFP probe

THE broadcasting watchdog had acted like policeman, judge and jury in determining that radio station 2Day FM had committed a crime in broadcasting the "royal prank" telephone call blamed for the suicide of a London nurse, a court heard today.
