Dynamic AI generated content insertion for playout and automation systems: ENCO at NAB Show 2026

ENCO will announce a major evolution of its aiTrack dynamic content insertion technology at next week’s NAB Show.

The automation-agnostic solution empowers broadcasters to create, localize and deliver dynamic AI-generated audio content from anywhere, transforming the original aiTrack workflow into a fully cloud-native platform designed for and modern broadcast environment.

From entertainment, traffic, weather, news or sport updates to sponsored segments and localized content, the platform delivers seamless insertion into live broadcasts or scheduled playlists across terrestrial and streaming platforms.

Built to meet the growing demand for timely, localized and engaging content, aiTrack enables broadcasters to instantly generate, customize and schedule AI-driven audio segments for live and automated programming.

Accessible through any web browser for the first time, aiTrack allows on-air and production teams to create broadcast-ready content in seconds using advanced generative AI models and natural-sounding synthetic voices. It combines large language models, real-time data integration and advanced prompt engineering with high-quality synthetic voice technology.

Producers can use templates to build searches from sources such as the weather bureau or traffic authorities, then format them to be read by a synthetic voice. The product will be particularly useful for automated shifts or networked programs.

It is compatible with any broadcast system because it generates audio files that can be pulled into existing workflows from any location.  Voice cloning technology from ENCO’s SPECai platform brings multi-voice capabilities and language localization. When staff give their permission for their voices to be cloned, the system can be used to insert real time content into their voicetracked shifts.

ENCO President Ken Frommert  says the updated tool is “a fundamental shift in how broadcasters approach content creation and delivery. By removing infrastructure barriers and simplifying AI workflows, we’re giving stations of all sizes the ability to produce high-quality, real-time content that connects with audiences in more meaningful and personalized ways.”

Stations can deliver more frequent updates, personalize content for local audiences, and incorporate branded or sponsored segments, while maintaining operational efficiency with the new aiTrack innovation.

The news follows another recent innovation fron ENCO called enCaption that was demonostrated at the 2026 Public Radio Engineering Conference earlier this month. The enCaption real time speech to text engine generates text captions of every word said on the air, making those captions available for statioin websites, RDS transmissions, stations Apps and audience display screens. It is totally on-premise and needs no internet. More information here.

NAB Show 2026 runs April 19-22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. ENCO can be found at booth C2116.
