Big FM hunts for ‘Golden Voice’

Indian network 92.7 Big FM is back with Season 4 of its singing reality show ‘Big Golden Voice’.

The nationwide talent hunt will aim at unearthing hidden talent from every nook and corner of the country, by providing a platform for aspiring singers and music enthusiasts to showcase their unique talent.

This year, Bollywood musicians Malik Brothers join as judges who will also mentor participants throughout the show.

The contest will give the winner a chance to become a Bollywood singer.

According to the network, this year the contest will reach out to 43 million listeners across its 45 stations and invite applications from 37 socio-cultural regions in the country.

12 finalists will be shortlisted and they will get a chance to attend a workshop in Mumbai and compete for the title.

Commenting on the launch, a spokesperson from Relaince Broadcast Network Limited (RBNL), the parent company of Big FM, said: “The previous seasons have received immense support and appreciation from all our listeners and participants alike and we look forward to their continued support.”

Speaking on their association with the talent hunt, Malik Brothers said: “It will be a delight to be introduced to and mentor the unheard golden voices of India, that the property is known to discover time and again. Initiatives such as these must be encouraged to bring out and recognize hidden talent that is in abundance in our country. “
