Fever 104 goes crazy for Indian Grand Prix

Hindustan Times-owned Fever 104 built a close association with last weekend’s Indian Grand Prix.

The Delhi station was declared official radio partner to Buddh International Circuit, the venue for Sunday’s Formula 1.

‘Race Ka Bukhaar’ ran for three weeks, a contest offering tickets, merchandise and meet n’ greets with the drivers.

A regular comedy feature Lovely Kithe Hai, about a Punjabi taxi driver, was customized specially for the race.

Harshad Jain, Business Head, Radio & Entertainment, HT Media said: “For a station that is the undisputed leader in the city, there can’t be a better association. It is a pleasure to partner with Buddh International Circuit and give our listeners experiences that money can’t buy.”

As well as F1, Fever 104 FM has partnered with several Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket teams across its four cities including Delhi Daredevils, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Mumbai Indians & Kolkata Knight Riders).

Other tie-ups included the T20 World Cup, Champions League, Asia Cup and Hockey World Cup.

Fever 104 Delhi is consistently rated number one, according to weekly figures by Radio Audience Measurement (RAM).
