With the strong development of science, mass media, and digital technology, the press, including radio broadcasting, is required to stay active, creative and cooperative in order to satisfy the social increasing demand for a wide range of information, said Prime Minister (PM) Nguyen Tan Dung. PM Dung made the emphasis at an opening ceremony of the 2013 RadioAsia Conference, the only international radio broadcasting event of its kind in the region, hosted by Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) and the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) in Vietnam.
